New Harmony is organized in a way it can maximize its resources to meet both our partners’ and our clients’ needs. We believe the way we are structured allows us to be agile and stay competitive in the ever-changing and dynamic environment of an emerging economy. A team of highly motivate professionals comprising of 15 permanent and 10 contract employees keeps New Harmony running smoothly. We also have an extensive pool of temporary workers available for us in as-needed basis scaling up our staff whenever we have large projects. Our organization is structured as follows:
